In July 2011 Titan Industrial Heating Systems joined with W.P. Keith Company in Pico Rivera, CA. 

W.P. Keith is an established manufacturer of high temperature furnaces, kilns and lehrs. Keith customers are in the metal heat treat industry, manufacturers of advanced ceramics such as solid oxide fuel cells, bio ceramics and equipment for the carbon fiber market.

At Titan we have designed and built custom industrial heating systems for over 30 years. Our specialties include gas burners, tank heaters, hot oil tanks, control panels and complete ovens for up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit  (X degrees Celsius).

Titan Industrial Heating staff can repair wire wound heating elements for Proheco and Proheatco branded products.

We manufacture gas burners for various commercial and industrial applications. Our custom built  and designed tank heaters are mostly used for chemical processing like plating, metal finishing and printed circuit board processing industries.

One of our specialties is quartz heaters, which work on the same principle as infrared heaters for industrial heating solutions. Other types of heaters include over-the-side heaters (in single tube) or triple tube style; which comes with an all purged welded heater and junction box. If a more even heat distribution is required, we recommend our L-Shape style heaters. Screw-in type heaters are also used for various industrial heating applications.

The engineers at Titan are experienced in helping you select sheath materials and calculating the correct wattage for your industrial heating application. In addition to manufacturing industrial heaters in many different shapes and sizes, we also produce control panels for these heaters.

Over the years Titan has installed over 100 hot oil tanks for the semiconductor industry.

Our standard and custom made ovens are made of welded stainless steel with HEPA filters, chart recorder, stainless steel interior, RS-485 inner facing and SCR controllers.
