We build them in various configurations such as bolt on flange heaters, over-the-side-immersion heaters or L-shaped bottom heaters for better heat distribution with risers that accommodate your tank.

If you’re heating phosphates, oil or ethylene glycol or you do electroless nickel, we recommend investing in electro polished heaters to increase heater life. If you have pH values of zero to seven (no Hydrofluoric) in your tank, consider using quartz heaters.

All our metal heaters are made with completely welded junction boxes, a feature you don’t want to miss.

For large scale systems such as anodizing cleaners, soak tanks, electro cleaners or waste water evaporation systems, we build gas burners for immersion tube tanks.
